The purpose of the First Covenant Church Foundation is to promote, develop, and support the charitable, educational, and religious ministries of First Covenant Church of Omaha. 

  

The First Covenant Church Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors appointed by First Covenant Church.   

  

Funds managed by the Foundation will be utilized for purposes related to First Covenant Church, such as mission activities, evangelism & outreach, Christian education & discipleship, ministry education, and building & maintenance needs.  The Foundation Board of Directors determines the use of all funds. 

  

The Foundation is a nonprofit corporation formed pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act, and is exempt from federal income tax.
